Key Updates for April 2025

EB-4 Category: All available EB-4 immigrant visas for FY 2025 were issued as of February 28, 2025. Consequently, the EB-4 category is unavailable for the remainder of the fiscal year.
EB-5 Category: Due to increased demand, the EB-5 Unreserved category for India and China has retrogressed. India's EB-5 Unreserved category has moved back to November 1, 2019, and China's to January 22, 2014.
